We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to a third-party carrier for shipping. As such, please make sure all information is correct before completing your order.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages can only be filed for claims through the postal service. We are unable to file a claim with the postal service and therefore cannot help - These circumstances are out of our control.

Duties, import levies, custom fees and the like may be applied to international orders based on each country’s respective import regulations. This cannot be calculated at checkout and is not in our control.
